Una de las piezas más emblemáticas de las “Últimas composiciones” de Violeta Parra fue homenajeada por una colaboración nunca antes vista: Weichafe junto al vocalista de Chico Trujillo y El Bloque Depresivo, Aldo «Macha» Asenjo.
«Rín del angelito» fue la canción elegida por la banda encabezada por Angelo Pierattini para comenzar las promociones de su próximo disco que estará inspirado en las obras de la cantora chilena que este año cumplió su centenario. La canción fue grabada en México bajo la producción de Andrés Celis y es el primer adelanto lo que será el nuevo trabajo discográfico de Weichafe, banda que actualmente se encuentra viviendo en Ciudad de México.
En el sencillo también participa el saxofonista Franz Mesko y su masterización fue realizada en Chile por Francisco Holzmann. En cuanto al arte, cabe señalar que el ángel incluído en la imagen fue hecho por la artista visual Zaida González (hermana de Jorge… sí, aquel Jorge) y la carátula fue editada por el mismo Pierattini.
Los autores de «La fuerza viene de la tierra» le dan un vuelco más oscuro a esta composición grabada en 1966, donde además podemos ver al «Macha» en una actitud más misteriosa y rockera.
