Como piedras preciosas hemos ido reuniendo las canciones de Cuáles i Quiénes que integrarán un anhelado primer álbum de larga duración. Este trabajo es el último estreno antes de su lanzamiento.
La localidad costera de Quintay, en medio de dos construcciones abandonadas que tienen más de 50 años, es el escenario del nuevo videoclip de Cuáles i Quiénes.
En el clip de “Corre Rápido, Corre Ligero: Allulef Lefno”, el paisaje y el mar se mezclan con la coreografía de Camila Delgado, bailarina que dialoga con la tierra y con el mar en sus diferentes ánimos, avanzando hacia el despojo y la caída de todas las estructuras humanas, para llegar a reencontrarse con el más profundo sentido de la identidad, que es el espejo que encuentra en la naturaleza que la rodea.
La canción, estrenada en octubre pasado, nace de la conjunción de dos apellidos Mapuche: «Allulef» y «Lefno», cuyo significado deriva de Lef (ligero) y Lefn (correr), y del eco que dichos significados hacen en nuestro contexto, ante la urgencia de su reconocimiento como nación Mapuche.
Producido de forma independiente por la banda y con dirección a cargo de la joven cineasta Luz Sierra, quien ha trabajado como directora de fotografía en la segunda temporada de la serie chilena «Psicóticas Inseguras» y de «Sintética», plataforma audiovisual de sesiones enfocada en música electrónica latinoamericana.
El videoclip es el último estreno de cara al primer larga producción de la banda. Tras adjudicarse un Fondart en la categoría Música Popular Emergente en la línea de producción discográfica, el grupo espera lanzar en algún punto del segundo semestre “Mañana siempre es tarde”.
